LOS ANGELES – Devin Maxwell has been named Notre Dame High School men’s head lacrosse coach, announced by Athletic Director Alec Moss on Wednesday.

Maxwell comes to Notre Dame as the founder and CEO of the Westside Bears Lacrosse Club and Dev Max Performance Training, where he provided high end personal training, coached, and oversaw and coordinated all operations.
A certified functional strength coach, Maxwell brings over a decade of lacrosse experience to Notre Dame, as he was the Culver City Lacrosse Club performance coach, the assistant lacrosse coach at Culver City High School, as well as a coach at the Culver City Youth Lacrosse Club.
“ I am extremely excited for this opportunity to coach at Notre Dame,” said Maxwell. “Above all, I plan to guide and mentor as many student-athletes, as I can, while serving in the Head Coaching position of the boys lacrosse program. I look forward to establishing new relationships with the Notre Dame community. Together, we will create a winning culture that can last a lifetime.”
Maxwell will start his first season with the Knights this spring.
