LOS ANGELES – The Notre Dame High School varsity women’s golf team made history on Tuesday against Harvard Westlake, as the team shot its lowest score in program history, and the lowest score on Encino Golf Course, with a 171-178 win over rival Harvard Westlake.
Four out of the five scores for the Knights were under par, totaling 171.
The Knights have been dominant in the Mission League since their inaugural year in 1999, as the team has won 14 of 22 league championships.
The Knights will head into the Mid-Season Tournament on Tuesday, September 21 where all eight Mission League teams will compete.
