Kameron (Kami) Ward is an NDHS graduate, class of 2007. During her time here at Notre Dame, she was a four-year member of the volleyball program and a four-year track and field athlete throwing shot-put and discus for our very own Coach Garcia. Upon graduating, Kami continued her volleyball career at Los Angeles Pierce College, where she earned her Associates Degree. Following Pierce, she attended and finished out her collegiate volleyball career at California State University, Monterey Bay and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on exercise science. She then attended Concordia University, Irvine and received her Master’s Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. Following her athletic career, she began coaching both boys and girls volleyball. She has a total of 16 years of experience which includes coaching at the junior high CYO level, 14s, 16s, 17s, and 18s Club volleyball level, the Collegiate level at Los Angeles Mission College, as well as the High School level. She is in her fourth season as the Head Girls Volleyball Coach and her 5th season as the Assistant Track and Field Coach here at Notre Dame High School.
